I got into bears - almost by accident - one summer when I was poorly. I had the idea of making a bear just to help pass the time. And by the time I had completed it, I was already hooked!

I have created a number of bears as prizes for charity raffles - including one for the 2003 Christmas Fair being held to raise funds for a Wirral-based Animal Welfare group. As well as helping other local Animal Charities, I run the Wirral Papillon Rescue, and all profits from the sale of Bear-Faced Chic bears go towards animal care.
