My name is Lynne Coltman and I will soon be launching my bears as Namtloc Bears. I have my first table at a Bear Fair at Leeds Armories on Sunday, 8 October 2000. I am trying to build a website and will post the address when I have been successful. I have joined ntl so it will now be cheaper hopefully. There is porbably a way of doing it off line but I have not yet discovered how. I am advertising this month in Teddy Bear Times for the very first time and can't wait to see my bears in print. I am 43 yrs (ugh) and have been making bears for nearly a year. I met the infamous Carol Barras and was bitten by the bear bug.

I love all things crafty as until I started the bears I did knitting, crochet, cross stitch, handanger, you name it. I would love to learn to make Lace, I think that is something that may have to wait until I retire!!!!! I have done a few bears with crocheted cardis and dresses. Needless to day I have done very little cross stitch since and have about three pictures started, I like variety. I am single (ugh) and live alone in Hartlepool, I have no children and work full time in the NHS as a PA in a Community Health Council, NHS watchdog, which Mr Blair kindly abolished recently so on 31 March 2002 I may be out of a job. I am also a qualified teacher of shorthand, typing and word processing and did teach part time at the local college. Unfortunatley I have been unwell for sometime and have not taught for a couple of years, I was hoping to start again this year but I need more surgery. Never mind I have always got an extra string to my bow.
