I am in my early thirties and am based in Greater London. I am married, with a daughter and two mad dogs !

My bear designing career first began in early 1998, when Bear Faced Cheek! was born ! I started as a collector of bears then the bear-making bug hit ! Like most people, I experimented with patterns from magazines, but soon found the need to be more creative and taught myself how to design the patterns from scratch.

I have come a long way from those first few teddies and now am proud to say I am beginning to make my mark on the bear world.

You can find my bears at two of the major UK fairs each year, Winter Bearfest in Kensington and The Event at Alexandra Palace. If you can't see us there, I also stock 4 shops in the UK and 1 in Singapore. Full details of fairs and shops can be found on my own web site, which has also been designed by myself.

In 2000 I decided it was time to enter the EVA's, in which I received a total of 4 nominations, and went on to win in the Dressed Bear category !
