It all started around 12 years ago, I made my first bear, an embroidered bear to celebrate the birth of my niece. Friends requested other styles of bears and with my nieces nick-name of Jo Jo, Jo Jo Bears was born. I am in the process of constructing a web-site, getting a range together for a shop request and am pondering the idea of doing a fair sometime soon. My work is mainly in mohair and tradtional cotter pin joints, but I am considereing producing a few special embroidered bears for the future.
