I am Carrie Attwood, I am 21 ... I have 2 kids Alex 12 and Rosie 8 (and she is going on 18 too must be a girl thing)... I was a child bride.....to an older man.....alright, alright, I'm 36....I have 2 Cats, my beloved Stan and Maddy the Flea bag (shame!) and my better half is the lovely Pete who works full time and also makes bears and generaly keeps me in line. My Mom is my partner and the other half of Little Bloomers. she is the talent behind the figures. We started making Miniatures 8 years ago and I haven't looked back. This year has got to have been my greatest acheivement.....(yes I know it should have been having the kids but that was a lot messier and painful) but this year I won my Award, did my first show outside the UK in Germany and exhibited in Tokyo and have got into Teddies 2000 and it's only August! At this moment in time I am a very happy woman....apart from school holidays? I am a Scorpio....don't know what that is work wise but my studio is an armchair which spreads to the middle of the living room, out the door across the hall, up the stairs, in the kitchen BUT NEVER in the Bedroom, Mommy says `You never work in the bedroom`.....havent worked that out yet and I tend to put things down and forget and then have an Arty strop `cause I can have one of them `cause I have an Award LOL! :o) and the closer I get to a show the messier I get untill we a disappear under a sea of Upholstory Fabric and cut off ends of invisable thread which never hit the bin! Now I have to go 'caues I haven't found the kids under all the said upholstery fabric and fluff`n`stuff and Stan is sitting here with his mouth open and if I don't feed him he brings Mommy a nice headless mouse....yuck...(Stan's the cat, Pete's the Husband) Maddy is sulking, have covered her with flea powder again hehehe....I feel another bad pet story comming on!
